What got me started in Real Estate? 

​

I've always had an interest in Real Estate, but because of my focus and many years in banking, I never really had the opportunity to entertain that route.   It wasn't until 2018, when I started to feel stagnant in my banking role, that encouraged me to finally pursue Real Estate.  I didn't intend on leaving banking, but I knew I needed a new challenge, and  real estate was always a trade I wanted to learn, so why not?  And I'm so glad I did, because in 2020 when things took a turn due to the pandemic, I was finally given the opportunity to pivot my  career from banking to Real Estate.  Thankfully both industries pretty much go hand in hand, so transitioning was nearly seamless, especially when it came to client relations.  

 

Why do I like Real Estate?

​

There's no better feeling than the one I get, when I've helped my clients achieve a lifetime goal, or the greatest return on their investments.  There's something special about being part of that exciting moment when someone's goals or dreams have been fulfilled - I truly live for those moments.

 

What Areas do I cover? 

​

While I focus primarily on the Bay Area, there isn't a territory I won't explore.  I have successfully closed deals from Lake Tahoe, all the way down to Palm Desert. Yes, I literally go the extra mile for my clients! I also handle a variety of transactions and property types, including Single Family Homes, Retirement Communities, New Construction, Condos, and Investment Properties.

 

Where  am I from, and where did I grow up?

​

I’m first-generation American, and was born and raised in the Bay Area.  My grandparents emigrated from the Fiji Islands in the 60s, so you could say, my connection to and knowledge of the Bay Area run pretty deep – This is Home!

What do I do in my spare time?

Who has spare time?  haha, jk! Beyond real estate, there are many things I take interest in.  I enjoy spending time with family & friends, traveling, exploring new hobbies, cooking, watching sports, live concerts, comedy, trying different cuisines, and caring for my plants – I’m happy to share tips on that too! Honestly, there really isn't much that I'm not interested in.

What got me started in Real Estate?

 

Looking back, my fascination with real estate started right after high school. I was working the front desk at a local agency, which gave me an 'all-access pass' to see what really happens behind the scenes. More than just the paperwork, I was inspired by the joy people felt when they finally got their keys—and the vital role agents played in making that happen. I transitioned into accounting later on, but that strong draw toward real estate has stayed with me all these years.

 

Why do I like Real Estate?

 

What I like most about real estate is that every situation is different and every client has their own goals, priorities, and vision. I enjoy bringing a sense of order and structure to a process that can often feel chaotic. Helping my clients feel informed and at ease is the most fulfilling part of what I do.

While I’m based in Sacramento and maintain strong ties to the Bay Area, I’m open to helping clients wherever their goals take them. Where am I from, and where did I grow up?

 

Coming from a Mexican and Filipino background, I’m a first-generation American, born and raised in the Bay Area.  I grew up surrounded by strong family values, culture, and a deep sense of community. Having spent most of my life in and around the Bay Area, the connection I have to the people, diversity, and energy of the region feels personal — the Bay Area will always be home to me.

What do I do in my spare time?

 

I’m a big believer that life is all about the right mix of energy and ease. When I’m off the clock, I’m usually out making memories—whether it’s trying out a new restaurant in town with my favorite people, soaking up the vibe at a local music festival, or hitting the road for a quick weekend escape. I have a natural 'wanderlust' spirit, but I also know the value of a slow pace. Nothing beats the feeling of finally decompressing on the couch with a great movie and just hitting the reset button. To me, that’s the true definition of a home: it’s your launchpad for every adventure and the cozy sanctuary you can’t wait to come back to.
